Damages & Returns Form
If your order has been damaged in transit then you will need to follow our damages procedure. Please complete all the fields in the form below, offering as much information as possible.
Once this damages form has been completed, Humber Cast stone will submit the complaint to our Transport supplier for insurance purposes.
The next step will be to re-make all you damages and get them out to you with in 2 weeks.
Unfortunately damages happen and is out of our control and all we can do is apologise.
